Market-Focused Alignment is a detailed comparison between your organization’s “current state” and the ideal state for a market-driven company.
Based on data collected through personal interviews and document reviews, we establish a baseline and provide a prioritized roadmap for closing the gaps between where you are today and the Pragmatic Marketing Framework. We then conduct two full-day workshops to close the top two identified gaps. Following completion, you continue on your own with the next priority tasks or, if you choose, we can come back and assist.

Roles and responsibilities
Getting roles and responsibilities correct is the first step to successfully implementing the Pragmatic Marketing Framework. We will produce an alignment between your current job titles and the tasks on the Framework, and then help prioritize these tasks. Individuals within the team will learn and prioritize their task areas for optimal contribution to the organization.
Getting started
With 37 tasks in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework, sometimes it is hard to know where to begin. We will compare your current practices, both good and bad to the Framework. We focus on the gaps and prioritize our findings to lay out a roadmap for you to close them—quickly! You decide which two tasks matter most to your team and we will prepare a custom, hands-on, one-day working session for each to uncover and remove the obstacles hindering success.
