Roles and responsibilities
Getting roles and responsibilities correct is the first step to successfully implementing the Pragmatic Marketing Framework. The Quarterly Optimizer will produce an alignment between your current job titles and the tasks on the Framework, and then help prioritize these tasks. Individuals within the team will learn and prioritize their task areas for optimal contribution to the organization.
Deep-dive review
We conduct an intensive workshop on a single task within the Framework. You decide which task matters most to your team and we will prepare a custom, hands-on, working session to uncover and remove the obstacles hindering success.
Institutionalize results
Too many times bad habits get in the way. Training alone may not be enough to move the organization from concept to culture—institutionalizing new ideas is hard. We can ensure your team embrace the concepts and make them a part of everyday life at your company.
